Clarivel was born in Mexico and lived in Pharr her whole life until she moved away to college. She received her undergrad for Biomedical Science (major) and minored in Chemistry and Spanish from TAMU-CC. She graduated from Purdue University as a D.V.M. She also worked at the Texas State Aquarium- Rehabilitation Center where she helped rehabilitate the local wildlife including, pelicans and other fascinating sea life and aquatic based animals. Her favorite quote “living the dream” which is exactly what she is doing. She joined our team in July 2018 where she hit the ground running and has been a wonderful asset to our team. We love her “go getter” attitude and you can see the passion and love that she has for all of her patients. She enjoys puzzles, sitting down a great book and spending time watching TV with her family. She has two dogs, her drama queen London Tipton and her sweetheart Lilly Van der Woodsen. She currently lives in McAllen with her husband.
